I’m not really sure why we chose Buckeye, but I can tell you why we keep Buckeye. I really like having Matt Mishler as my point person for all of our account services. It is very easy for me to make adjustments and changes to our service when I can channel the request through just 1 person. Matt is like my personal communications attaché. In addition to his personalized service, Buckeye has the technical horsepower to keep system reliability at an extremely high level. Over the year, there has been an occasional outage. However, when I called customer service, the personnel knew exactly when and where the outage was and how soon it would be restored.
